Meet The Coach

I’m Ginny, founder of THRive NutriFit and creator of the Rebel Iron Series. I’m 50, a 5x Professional Natural Bodybuilding Champion, a Natural Olympia USA Silver Medalist, and a Certified Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Coach — but I’m also a mom, a wife, and a woman who knows what it feels like to juggle real-life responsibilities, stress, and seasons of starting over.

I’ve been through my share of trauma, setbacks, and “how did I get here?” moments. I know what it’s like to feel tired, stretched thin, and unsure where to begin. That’s exactly why I’m so passionate about helping you reinvent yourself and prove that your best, strongest, most confident years are still ahead of you.
